Overview

Without a doubt, the canopy tour in Monteverde is one of the most attractive and exciting activities that you will encounter. The tour begins with a short chat regarding the equipment you will use; besides other indications given by the guide, to give you trust and to make you laugh a little. Then begins your adventure. You will glide through zip lines over tree tops, feeling like you were flying in the middle of the forest. Your guides will take care of the equipment during your entire trip. Half way through the tour, you will arrive to the "Rappel" section where you will enjoy a 15 meter Rappel Adventure, your guides always close by to assure your safety. It is a moment of pure adrenaline. Amid the marvels of the humid forest you can observe animals and plants of the ecosystem.

Before concluding your adventure, you will experience the "Tarzan Swing", one of the funniest parts of the activity that consists on a kind of swing where the guides rock you from a platform, to a height of 30 meters. This "feat" is really very exciting and anyone can do it without a problem.

The tour will finish with a small walk until arriving to the reception area, where you will be taken to your hotel.
