Hotel Villa Verde is a welcoming hotel located in the middle of the forest, near the Monteverde Biological Reserve and the Cheese Factory. The hotel has 16 cozy standard rooms and 5 villas, perfect for families.

In the Hotels Restaurant, well-known as "El Higueron", you can enjoy delicious Costa Rican cuisine, as well as international dishes prepared by the Hotels Chef. The staff is very friendly, most of them live in small houses inside the facilities ready to welcome you and make you feel at home.

One of the attractions of Villa Verde is the abundance of birds. A main attraction is watching beautiful Tropical birds Perched on a big tree located in the center of the hotel. With some luck, you will be able to appreciate the shy Quetzal. By the afternoon it is very common to see a group of monkeys in the trees that are inside the facilities.

Also as an additional attraction, a small exclusive discotheque was built for the guests where they can learn to dance salsa, merengue and other local dances. A unique way to enjoy a little of Costa Rican culture.
