When I arrived at property, I had been traveling for 24 hrs. I asked for a quiet room. I was assured by front desk I was getting one. Instead I was put next to restaurant where a band was playing. When I asked to be moved, I was told there were no other rooms. The next day I found out there were. The room I was given was very dark...even with the lights on. And the bed spread was disgusting. I did like the pool area.

Bottom line:

No, I would not recommend it to a friend

Beautiful!

Poco a Poco is one of my fondest memories of Costa Rica. Not only was it one of the cleanest places we stayed, it was absolutely beautiful with hidden artwork everywhere, the location was very convenient, and the staff was so kind, even going out of their way for our group. I can't wait for the opportunity to go back and I ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone I know who will be in that area.

Bottom line:

Yes, I would recommend it to a friend

Great Hotel

Very well located with full service. Small enough to let us feel as guests.People were kind enough to prepare a lunch box to allow an early departure toward the Monteverde Reserve

Bottom line:

Yes, I would recommend it to a friend
