Wonderful hotel and location. If it had a pool it would have been out of this world.

"Hotel and personal review"

The location of the hotel was nice you can walk to the downtown and store area. The rooms were beautiful and clean.
The personal was polite and friendly we enjoyed the stay, although I still feel more time was needed.
The only complain I have with this trip was that when we wanted to go to punta arenal, I was not given the full facts about how far it was , how much time it would take, and that the weather being as it was (overcast) we were not going to be able to see the volcano anyhow. We would have choosen another activity had we recieved the opinion of the locals.
