great hotel

The staff was so helpful with everything we requested.The grounds were beautiful !!! The food was the best we ate in costa rica. Brian @ the front desk was wonderfully helpful. Would stay @ the Belmar again!!!!!!

Bottom line:

Yes, I would recommend it to a friend

charming hotel!

My family recently vacationed in Costa Rica and had the pleasure of staying at the Belmar Hotel. The drive to the hotel was one of the prettiest on our trip. The hotel was charming, clean and very well appointed. The setting was gorgeous with walking trails right on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious. The rooms felt like you were staying in someone's home. And the views were spectacular. Our only disappointment was that we weren't staying longer!

Bottom line:

Yes, I would recommend it to a friend

belmar hotel

the staff attention was excellent
we had late dinner left around 10 PM and by 6 30 AM breakfast was ready

the hotel is beautiful
I would have like to know that the road is not great prior to visiting to rent a 4x4 instead of a regular car but of course you don't pave the road
